Bubbles & Bling

Description: It was very gratifying for the Event Management students of Georgian College to see the payoff for all their hard work at Bubbles & Bling. Guests were served a complimentary glass of champagne and appetizers when they arrived at the Farmhouse, which they enjoyed while browsing vendor booths. The Bubbles & Bling event was in support of the Women & Children's Shelter of Barrie and the Georgian College Scholarship fund. Life coach Jennifer Febel kicked off the evening with a compelling presentation, followed by a family-style meal and a jewelry making workshop. Thank you to Fern Resort in Ramara for donating the main draw prize — an all-inclusive "Girls Spring Weekend" for two — along with the other generous local businesses who provided over 20 raffle prizes.
